UOZURA Event at the Aquarium
Pirarucu fish can be seen at the Nakagawa Aquarium in Tochigi Prefecture from March 8, 2024 (Friday) to May 6, 2024 (Monday). Uozura” is a series of photographs taken by photographer Atsushi Morioka that capture the frontal faces of fish with rich expressions. The character has been developed in various genres, including books such as “The World’s First Illustrated Book of Fish Faces: Uozura” (Yamato Shobo) and “Uozura Sticker Book” (Shogakukan), capsule toys and prize goods, main visuals for commercial facilities and summer vacation promotions, and photo exhibitions in department stores.
